Hi everyone! So with autumn well settled in now I thought I would share some of my favourite essentials for a wearable autumn look!
I have been lucky enough to meet and know some amazing designers and that leads me on to my first recommendation! My lovely friend, Kate at Kate Latimer Country has just released her signature and highly anticipated tweed skirt and I have been lucky enough to get my hands on a gorgeous blue tweed one (see below). These are so flattering and literally go with any outfit! I like to wear mine with tights and boots, a shirt and a nice jacket for day to day or a black blouse and court shoes for an evening out! I love adding a country element to my outfit and these skirts are perfect to incorporate into your outfit without looking too rural if you know what I mean? Kate does a range of tweeds and can bespoke make them to your measurement and can come lined or unlined depending on your preferences! Here is mine below.
This leads me nicely onto my next autumn essentials- boots!!! Where would we be without boots this time of year? With all the horse trials and shows during the summer months I stumbled upon the very new brand Finlows, who are very recently established and design the most wonderful Spanish leather boots! Kiera and Simon, the masterminds behind Finlows wanted to create beautifully stylish footwear that can see you from the city to the country and back again without looking too one or the other! I think they have nailed it with their range! They also do boots in different heights and calf widths for all sizes which is a bonus for midgets like me 🤣 below is a picture of my perfect fitting Windsor boots in Oak and the York ankle boots. Give them a look up. I can promise you their footwear is so comfortable, impeccably made and I think there is a lot more to come from this exciting company!!
Lastly, what look is complete without jewellery? I know I talk about them a lot but Hiho silver is really the main brand I turn to these days to finish off my outfit! They have a wonderful range of equestrian inspired pieces and my favourites are the very popular cherry roller bracelets. I adore mine and can’t leave the house without it on my wrist! Another bonus is for small wristed people, the small size fits perfectly without being clunky on your wrist! Below are a few of my staple pieces!
Anyway I hope this has inspired you and give me a message or a comment if you have any questions 😁
